Shipping policy

SHIPPING OF YOUR ORDER

Domestic Orders

Generally, orders will ship within 3-4 weeks via 2 or 3-day shipping. If the order completion timeframe extends beyond 3-4 weeks, we will contact you and provide an estimated completion date. All shipping costs will be incurred by the client. We fully insure and ship via UPS 2 or 3-day shipping for most orders, but reserve the right to use other vendors such as FedEx if necessary. Our rates for 2 or 3-day shipping are as follows, however, may change at any time:

  • $45 nationwide

All deliveries require a signature. As a result, please make sure someone can sign for the package. We are not responsible for continued failed delivery attempts and subsequent return of package. If a package is returned to us after several failed delivery attempts, we will hold item(s) for 3 weeks and customer is responsible for shipping charges back to them. If customer does not request to return item(s) back to them within this 3-week period, we reserve the right to add on holding fees and/or restock the item for purchase by other customers. For special delivery requests and/or shipping time estimates, please contact us directly at info@alishanonline.com.

Packages are delivered Monday–Friday. Alishan is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has left its care.

In-Store Pickup: If you would like to pick up your purchase at our Studio in Tustin, CA, at checkout select the "In-Store Pickup" option. There is no charge for this option. You will receive an email once your item is ready for pickup. At this time, you can coordinate a pickup time by emailing us at info@alishanonline.com with your order # and preferred time for pickup. We will hold your item for 3 weeks after the date we notified you that your item is ready. If it is not picked up after this 3-week period, we reserve the right to add on holding fees and/or restock the item for purchase by other customers.

International Orders

For international shipments, import taxes and fees may occur. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and are required to be covered before delivery.

All international orders are FINAL SALE.

We are not responsible for damage caused to the jewelry during shipment.
