RETURN POLICY
Non-Custom Orders
All non-custom orders of in-stock merchandise returns, purchased on alishanonline.com or in our Tustin, CA studio, must be initiated within 10 days of receipt of package.
Please contact us at info@alishanonline.com to start the return process and receive authorization. We will send you a pre-paid return label, but please note shipping is nonrefundable and the cost of return shipping will be charged at the time of your return.
Once you’ve received the return label, you have 3 business days to send it back to us. Returned merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and must not be worn or altered in any way. We reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges if the pieces sent back to us are in poor condition, after 10 days of receipt of your order, on styles noted Final Sale, or without prior authorization.
Returns should be accompanied by the original receipt. If the original receipt is unavailable, we'll issue an online store credit based on the current selling price. Please be sure to notify us of the return, and forward the tracking information. Also, please make sure the return shipment is properly insured.

JEWELRY RESIZING
Alishan will provide one (1) complimentary resizing per ring for our clients only within 120 days of purchase. If you need further resizing, a fee will be applied for labor. Please note that resizing jewelry needs to be discussed with our designer as we want to be mindful of the integrity of the material while resizing. Some styles do not allow for resizing. Resizing or repairing your Alishan piece at a local jeweler voids our warranty.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account. We reserve the right to offer store credit when returns do not meet our return policy. We reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges if the pieces sent back to us are in poor condition or damaged.
